Features:-
A mould can be moved on a rooler by the forece less than 1/100 of the mould load. The scrab protection cover is attached around a roller. The protection bushing with a specially treated surface protects the bearing in a roller. An integral bar has a remarkable durability, and allows and easy maintenance. A hydraulic cylinder moves upward by hydraulic and downward by self-weight A roller attached to a bar rises about 2mm from surfaces of a bolster and a mould moves upwards as shown in below attached photo.
